A: No, we buy real estate as an investment. We are principles in the deal and do not charge a commission.

A: We invest mostly in single family houses, rowhouses/townhouses; and, multi-unit apartment houses/buildings in any condition. We are a group of real estate investors who buys 5-10 houses a month.  We have many creative ways to put the deals together.

A: Yes, we invest in the types of properties mentioned above including the high end luxury properties.
