We purchase distress, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, and abandoned properties (single and multi-units) in the Metro Washington DC and Baltimore City area.
We renovate these properties and either rent them out as part of our affordable rentals program or resell them to our target audience - the first-time homebuyer as a direct purchase or through our rent-to-own program.
